You will have 5 warnings each one will be explained below.

Warning 1

You will get this by abusing staff or users and spamming forums.

To get an appeal off Warning 1. You must promise not to abuse staff or users or spam posts. If you get an appeal and start abusing staff or users or spam posts you will automatically become Warning 3.

To get back to a normal user you must at least post 25 posts which are considered good posts by a mod or admin and appeal in the Appeal Centre.

Warning 2

You will get this by yelling at people if your not staff. (e.g. One user swears in the forum and another users says you will be automatically banned.)

You will get to Warning 4 if you start spamming posts or abuse users or staff.

You will get to Warning 5 if you start yelling at people if you are not staff when you promised that you wouldn't.

To get an appeal back to Warning 1. You must promise that you will never, ever yell at a person or spam or abuse staff or other users.

To get back to a normal user you must at least post 50 posts which are considered good posts by a moderator or administrator and appeal in the Appeal Centre.

Warning 3

You can become Warning 3 by abuse staff or users or spam when you have appealed and promised that you will not.

You will automatically become Warning 5 if you continue abusing staff or users or spamming or yell at people.

To get back to Warning 2 you must at least post 100 posts which are considered good posts by a moderator or administrator and appeal in the Appeal Centre.

Warning 4

You can become Warning 4 by abusing staff or users or spam topics when you are on Warning 2.

You will automatically be banned if you do anything from the previous warnings.

To get back Warning 3 you must at least post 200 posts which are considered good posts by a moderator or administrator and appeal in the Appeal Centre.

Warning 5

You can become Warning 5 by abusing staff or users or spam topics when you are on Warning 3.

To get back Warning 3 you must at least post 400 posts which are considered good posts by a moderator or administrator and appeal in the Appeal Centre.

I think you should have 2 warnings, then a week ban, then a permanent IP ban.
